Join Neeka Tank, owner of Designsbynn in this online interactive wooden disc design in the comfort of your own home!

 

A one-hour online workshop includes talking through pattern inspiration, learn to use the acrylic cone technique along with an array of rhinestones to design and embellish your bespoke wooden discs to either keep as decoration or gift to a loved one. You will have plenty of guidance with hints and tips along the way!

Creating art is a great way to slow us down; learning to use new painting techniques keeps us mindful and lets us focus on the present. This mindful art experience is something you're doing for yourself or as a group, an experience for you to treasure. After a relaxing few hours, you’ll come away with a collection of beautifully designed wooden discs and art skills which you can practice and grow!
 

Our online workshops are suitable for all creative abilities so don’t feel discouraged if you’re not a dab hand at crafts…yet!

What I will be providing...

• 1 double-sided inspiration sheets

• 1 plain sheet

• 3 step by step guided tutorial sheets (mandala, paisley & floral)

• 4  wooden discs

• 3 mini cones - colours of your choice: red, blue, pink, orange, green, yellow, silver & gold (you can add on extra mini cones for £2 each. There will be instructions on how to do so in the email you receive after purchasing the box)

• A small bag of rhinestones

• A template for you to practice with the cones

• Sweets and small thank you gift for supporting me

 

Materials to have ready before the workshop...

• A space to yourself for an hour and a half. Wherever you have natural light.

• A pair of scissors

• Pencil

• Paper

• Eraser

• Tissue or kitchen roll

• Tweezers

• Ruler

• Notebook & pen

• A drink of your choice

 

To attend this online workshop you will need...

• A computer or smart phone (computer is probably ideal for the larger screen)

• A good internet connection
